Telfords Building Systems are Rollformers of Purlins, W-Strap, Cladding, Angle and Rainwater goods.
Purlins Painted & Gal
Telfords have three Purlin mills capable of rolling both ‘C’ or ‘Z’ section. Our sizes range from 100mm to 400mm in size and from 1.2mm to 3mm in thickness. Rolled to length and punchings to suit all forms of bridging / struts. Painted purlins are produced in two colours, Red oxide or Grey oxide.
W-Strap
W-Strap is becoming one of our biggest selling products. With its profile and strength it is well suited for fences, stockyards, stock crates and trailers it is available two finishes Black and Galvanized. We roll in three different sizes 7″, 9″, 11″ and roll in three profiles, Straight Edge, Single Rolled Edge, and Double Rolled Edge.
Cladding
Telfords roll cladding in two profiles Corrugated and T-Clad (5 Rib). We roll in colour as well as zinc, both available in roof and wall thicknesses. Either profile is available in lengths from a minimum of 600mm up to 20 metres.
Angle
The newest roll forming machine at Telfords is our angle roll former. We have the capability to roll sizes from 30 x 30 to 75 x 75, in thicknesses ranging from 1.9mm to 3mm in both Black and Galvanised. Lengths rolled up to 9 meters. The lengths and sizes are readily available.
